History
Lee/Leroc Filmworkshop is an independent film production
company founded by film producer, director and actor Ingo
Trendelbernd (AKA Ingo Lee) and his friend, the screenwriter,
director and media artist Gerd
Richter in 1998.
Lee/Leroc's first production instantly gained recognition and great
popularity amongst the fans of the genre: a horror/splatter comedy
titled 'Torsil Ultra - The Attack of the One Foot Killersocks', directed
by special effects artist and production designer Ralf
Burmester.
In 2000 we commenced the production of 'Death:
Download', an action-thriller starring Ingo Lee, packed with stunning
visual effects by Gerd Richter (who also wrote the screenplay) and
special effects by Ralf Burmester.
Screenwriter, director and film editor Dirk
Woiciech, joined Lee/Leroc Filmworkshop in 2003, developing the
story and screenplay for the horror/mystery-thriller 'Evil
Knights', based on an idea by Ingo Trendelbernd and Gerd Richter.
The film was shot the same year, starring Ingo Lee and actor, (screen-)writer,
artist and (music-)producer Tony
Caulfield, who joined the Lee/Leroc team as well and, through
his company Kirsticon Enterprises, took care of website development,
localization and promotion.
Our next movies were 'Blood
Angel 2 - The New Rage' (2004) - a remake of the legendary cult
classic 'I Spit On Your Grave' - and the mystery/horror-thriller 'Right
Turn' (2004), which is currently in post-production.
