Following the very successful first official concert of the bands FLYING MONKEYS and Denny Newman's SOS last year at the Hardrock Café Kaiserslautern, another concert is coming up on March 24, 2012 at the Irish House, Eselsfürth 11, 67657 Kaiserslautern, Rhineland-Palatinate, Germany.

Hi all!

On February 23, I will read my short novel "Der Fluch und Niedergang des Hauses Voltar: Die Abessinischen Greuel" ("The Curse and Fall of the House of Voltar: The Abyssinian Atrocities"), a story written for Torsten Scheib's anthology "Casus Belli", at the Fan Club "Zum 12. Mann", Kaiserslautern.

The reading will last for about 1 1/2 hours, incl. a break.
It will be creepy and thrilling!

Start of the reading: 20:00. The entrance is free.

Hi all!

"In the course of its "Afterwork Chillout" event series, the soccer fan club "Zum 12. Mann", Kaiserslautern, presents another event with singer/songwriter Uwe Forsch and artist/writer Tony Caulfield, starting 18:00, on December 13.

Uwe Forsch will perform self-composed songs, as well as songs by James Taylor and many others, and he'll read German translations of some of the song lyrics.

Tony Caulfield will read a few funny, self-written texts from his satire program "shortkatz".

Entrance is free.

After a stunning start at early September, with a private concert at the photo studio FOTOWERKSTATT-KL, we are now happy to announce the first official gig of the FLYING MONKEYS, November 19, 2011, starting 20:30, at the Hardrock Café Kaiserslautern!

Connoisseurs describe the band - incl. Johanna Leonhardt (vocals, guitar), Oli Friedel (bass), Matthias Kehrer (drums) - as a mix of The Kings, Velvet Underground and the Sex Pistols.

The way they'll rock the house will be equally ecstatic! And they'll bring friends:

Combined with the FLYING MONKEYS concert, the Hardrock Café presents the reunion gig of the British band THE SOS, consisting of the internationally renowned artists Denny Newman, Clive Mulcahy und John Lingwood!

Hi all!

"On Saturday, October 15, the fifth GalerotikA exhibition will take place at the former indoor swimming pool of Rockenhausen, located inside the Donnersberghalle. The event will start at 19:00.

Organizer Uwe Naumann will thus celebrate the 10th anniversary of his art gallery GalerotikA and present his own works as well as works by other artists.

The framework program will include an artistic performance and a reading by artist and writer Tony Caulfield, who will also exhibit some of his more recent paintings."

Hi all!

On September 17, starting at 19:00, we will celebrate the official opening of the artists' Caro Parsons & Michel Friess new atelier.

On display will be works by Caro Parsons (painting), Michel Friess (pop-art), Stephanie Dohmen (painting), Isabelle Balaize (sculptures) and Tony Caulfield (painting).

The event will commence with introductory words and a reading by Tony Caulfield, followed by a concert by singer and musician Uwe Forsch.

1) Event (29.07.) postponed 2) COTC Website Launch

Hi all!

1) I'm very sorry about having to inform you that the event planned for July 29 has to be postponed on such a short notice out of security reasons. The reason for this is the acute recurrence of a well-known problem, which is caused neither by the K.o.K.-roaches club nor by myself,...but we are working together ony finding a solution for it.

If this matter can be cleared up amongst the club and there will be a new date for the event, I will let you know.

2) And now the good news: As of today, the official website of the synthie pop band Curse on the Cortex (COTC) is online.

I'm writing song lyrics for COTC and developed this website incl. all corporate design elements with my advertising agency Art & Design Company (ADC).

You'll find song samples on the website, as well as links to where you can download/purchase the first, recently released COTC album "Great Connections" or selected songs (mp3). Listen in! :-)

Hi all!

t is my honour and pleasure to inform you that the culture club "K.o.K.-roaches - KULTUR OHNE KOMMERZ - KAISERSLAUTERN E.V." will present my upcoming exhibition and reading.

On display will be paintings (contemporary art, acrylic on canvas) from the creation period 2006-2011. The works can be purchased.

The vernissage/reading will start at 20:00, Friday, 29th of July, at the "Roachhouse", Richard-Wagner-Str. 78, 67655 Kaiserslautern, Rhineland-Palatinate, Germany.

The fitting musical background will be provided by the Psychedelic DJ-Lounge featuring MeckieMesserMuzak & Rene.
